All fees paid to SMAT AI Edu Trainers & Consultants for our courses, simulation modules, and consultancy services are strictly non-refundable. Once access to the study portal or course materials is provided, no refunds will be issued.

Our model involves immediate access to proprietary simulation portals, recorded tutorials, and 1-year study materials tailored for practical excellence.
Digital Content Nature
Due to the nature of digital intellectual property and live training sessions, we cannot rescind access once it has been granted to the student.

Exceptional Circumstances
